Today, was the best day in the past 7 days. It stopped raining for a little bit. Chloe and I tried to go to the Parade today, but instead of walking in it, we rode in our car - it started raining hard about 10 min before the parade was suppose to start. Chloe did win best is show for her Memorial Day coloring page - (she was the only one to turn it in) She won a free kids meal at Chick-fil-a. At the end of the parade route, they had a little fair set up for the kids - they were able to bring most of it inside - except for the bouncy house and the pool. Chloe did get to try her first taste of cotton candy (yummy and sticky). After that we spent most of the day inside - with a short break to go hop in the puddles. Chloe and I did crafty type things...
